How Soft Tissue Therapy made its way into my life
I consider myself an adventurous person who enjoys many physical activities such as horse riding, salsa dancing, hiking, travelling and kickboxing. However, I found myself getting repeatedly injured which put me through an array of different physical therapies.

This is how I found my way to soft tissue therapy.

I began learning all about how my body worked and how to maintain my physical health. Then I also enjoyed passing this knowledge on to friends with similar injuries/complaints. Seeing them become pain-free and able to continue with the activities they loved felt incredibly rewarding. Consequently, I decided to pursue soft tissue therapy as a career. This way, I could continue learning and helping people find their freedom to move.

Now, I am a full-time mum to an equally adventurous toddler and a part-time soft tissue therapist, running my business both from home and Lutterworth Therapy Centre.
My Studies

I have a Level 5 Diploma in Soft Tissue Therapy from the ISRM (Institute of Sports and Remedial Massage).
I began my training in September 2019 with the excellent CSSM (Cambridge School of Sports Massage), then Covid hit mid-way through our course and I eventually qualified in 2021.
