This appointment consists of an initial informal consultation where we discuss the problem and potential causes/treatments.
I am here to listen to your concerns and advise you to seek medical specific treatment if needed. If the problem is with the soft tissues, then this is followed by your first treatment and any recommendations for further treatment or rehabilitation.
Soft Tissue Therapy/Sports Massage
£25 - £45
(30 - 60 minutes)
In this appointment we will carry out further treatments as discussed in the initial consultation and exchange feedback on a continuing plan of action, any new or returning pains or any other concerns you may have moving forward.

1st Saturday 9.00am - 4.00pm
Fridays 9.00am - 5.30pm
2nd, 4th & 5th Saturdays 9.00am - 4.00pm
